Minutes of plenary sessions, Cámara de Diputados de la República Dominicana, 2001-2025, covering seven constitutional periods (1998-2002 to 2024-2028). This corpus declares five limitations, each one measured. They are in the dataset's "Known limitations" document, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
